Tasty Octopus Rice Mix
Just like sea bream rice, octopus rice is one of the local dishes of the Ehime prefecture. Octopus from the Seto Inland Sea are cut into bit size pieces that are easy to eat and boiled with a simple sauce. All you need to do is add the octopus, dashi soup, and other ingredients into a rice cooker.
We recommend adding chopped green onions, chopped seaweed, or flavorful leaves like shiso to make the rice even more delicious!
