This tea is organically grown in a valley called “The Village in the Sky,” at an altitude of 2000-feet in Shizuoka. The temperature rises during the day and it cools down during the night. The dramatic swing in the temperature gives the tea leaves rich and flavorful umami. Good for cooking and baking.
