Fuji no Haru means “springtime at Mt. Fuji”. This special green tea comes from one of the finest tea plantations, the Okabe area in Shizuoka Prefecture at the foot of beautiful Mt. Fuji.
This matcha is ceremonial grade. It can be also used for baking and cooking.

Ingredients for one person
● Organic Matcha Fuji no Haru 1 teaspoon
● Water 2 tablespoons
● Champagne 120-150CC
How to make
- Pour about 50CC of champagne into a tea bowl with whipped matcha.
- Mix so that the matcha does not lump.
- Pour it into a glass and pour the rest of the champagne.
