Japanese simmered fish made easy!
The taste of simmered fish, which has been passed down as a local delicacy in Shizuoka Prefecture, can be easily prepared at home with just one bottle of this product. Simply dilute the simmering condiment to twice its original volume with water, bring to a boil, add fish, and simmer for about 10 minutes. It can also be used for various purposes such as meat and potatoes, chikuzen stew, pork stew, and sukiyaki stock.
