Kishu Bincho charcoal has countless amounts of invisible micro-holes that absorb water, chlorine, fishy smells, rice brans, and etc.
To use this charcoal, first wash off the ash on the surface with a scourer, boil, and dry in the sun.
After every use, it will need to be boiled and dried in the sun once a week.
Each charcoal can be used for 3 months if used daily!
After the 3 months, you can place it in the refrigerator to remove smells and moisture to have a cleaner refrigerator!
We recommend 2 pieces (100g) for every 5 cups.
Warning: Bincho Charcoal will absorb detergent(soup), please do not use detergent on this charcoal.
