Izumo soba is one of the three major soba noodles in Japan and a local dish widely eaten in the Izumo region of Shimane Prefecture.
Honda’s Soba is committed to homemade buckwheat flour.
Freshness is the most important factor in buckwheat flour!
The flavor of buckwheat flour deteriorates very quickly, and freshly ground buckwheat flour is a prerequisite for delicious soba. No matter how good the conditions are, buckwheat flour begins to deteriorate the moment it is ground. We deliver soba noodles to your home exactly as they are “freshly ground” and “freshly beaten”.
