No added coloring and scent, made generously using the organic rose ‘Sahime’.

Its characteristics are a rich sweet scent and deep red color. The extract was carefully boiled down from roses, resulting in a syrup that is rich in both scent and color.

The rose used as an ingredient is the edible rose ‘Sahime’, which has a sweet and rich scent and a deep red color, developed uniquely by Okuizumo Rose Garden.

The red color of the rose comes from polyphenols, which are abundantly contained in our ‘Sahime’.

Okuizumo Rose Garden’s rose syrup is made with a modest sweetness, so it goes well when topped on ice cream or yogurt.

You can also mix it with vinegar to make dressings, or flavor smoothies and carbonated water.
