The red color of the rose comes from polyphenols, which are abundantly contained in our ‘Sahime’.
Okuizumo Rose Garden’s rose syrup is made with a modest sweetness, so it goes well when topped on ice cream or yogurt.
You can also mix it with vinegar to make dressings, or flavor smoothies and carbonated water.
